the transport of wood products, Woodtrans proposes :
- to continually negotiate the most competitive pricing with
the SNCF, the French railways,
- to inform you, before any loading, of the details of the order
and to ask for your approval concerning the different conditions
of transport,
- to send instructions to your supplier/s and to the departure
station to ensure that the correct transport formalities are carried
out,
- to ensure the monitoring of the loading and forwarding of the
goods: the ordering of the wagons as well as the tracking of the
wagons,
- to inform you the date of departure of the wagons with a follow-up
of the transport until arrival at destination,
- to inform you immediately if there are any problems during
transit,
- to give you the costing of transport with departure from all
French railway stations,
- to keep you informed of any upgrades with the transport of
wood products between France and other importing countries.
